Campuzano wins hockey honor

Buffalo In-line Hockey Group's David Campuzano has been selected to play for Team New York in the August State Wars tournament.

State Wars is governed by the United States Roller Hockey Commission and is a competitive geographically structured national in-line hockey event with players who are considered to be the elite from each state in their respective age divisions.

Campuzano was one of eight players from New York State born in 1992 to be selected by the USRHC to play. The national tournament will be held in Chicago, Ill. and pits teams from each state.

Campuzano is a seven-time BIHG Most Valuable Player and other Western New York hockey leagues. Campuzano is a previous USA Hockey Magazine Player of the Month award winner.
