LOVE LOCKS - Forest Elementary student Nicole Stuber, 8, recently cut her hair to donate it to Locks of Love, a public nonprofit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. According to her mother, Donna, Nicole began growing her hair for the charity when she was a first-grader.
