Anniversary celebrated with family, friends
Marion and Leonard J. Notaro of Tonawanda celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary by dining out with family and friends.

Leonard J. Notaro married the former Marion La Mattina on Aug. 26, 1939 at Holy Cross Church, Buffalo.

Leonard is a retired shipping supervisor with the Wurlitzer Piano and Organ Co. Marion is a retired waitress with Four Seasons Restaurant.

The couple are members of Blessed Sacrament Church. Leonard is a former bowler, golfer and Golden Gloves boxer. Marion is a member of the Erie County Medical Center Women's Volunteer Board. Both are N.Y. Yankees fans.

They have three children and one grandchild.
