Pair wed 60 years

Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Kammerer

Betty and Donald Kammerer of Williamsville celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.

Donald E. Kammerer married the former Betty Jane Huebbers on Aug. 23, 1947 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Buffalo.

Donald is a retired Buffalo police lieutenant. He also worked as a claims examiner with the Veterans Administration.

Betty is a homemaker. The couple have three children and five grandchildren.
