Rain-date concert to be held

The Erie County Wind Ensemble Concert, which was postponed due to inclement weather from the Independence Day Celebration, will be held from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28 at the Transit Middle School auditorium, 8730 Transit Road, East Amherst.
