EAGLE SCOUT - Michael C. Hynes, a member of Troop 262, recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He is pictured at the June ceremony with Scoutmaster Frank Mischler. For his Eagle Scout project Hynes created a garden of peace at St. Francis Nursing Home in memory of Sister Karen Kilmczak. He will be a senior at Williamsville South High School in the fall and is the son of Diane and Carl Hynes of Williamsville.
