Dann Lake Park management plan approved; natural setting to remain

      HIGH WATERS - Main Transit Firefighters responded to 511 Sprucewood Terrace at 5:04 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12 after the water main broke. Approximately 4-feet of water flooded the home.

Man attacked, robbed on Main Street
      A man was hit from behind and robbed on Main Street early Sunday morning. Amherst Police Assistant Chief Timothy Green said the 22-year-old male victim was walking on Main Street toward Bailey Avenue at 4:50 a.m. when he was struck on the back of the head.
