Carucci

Kristen Carucci of Amherst has been named interactive project coordinator on the account services and interactive teams for SKM Group, Inc. She has had several internships with the NFL. Carucci assisted in the event, marketing, and new media departments with the Cleveland Browns.

William F. Wieczorek, Ph.D., of Amherst has been appointed to the Behavioral Genetics and Epidemiology Study Section for the Center for Scientific Review. Director of Buffalo State College Center for Health and Social Research, he was selected for his achievements in biomedical research. The study section organizes peer reviews.

Robert Fahey Jr. has been elected 2007-08 president of the Buffalo Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He is a partner in The Fahey Group, Snyder. Fahey is a 21-year member of the Buffalo Chapter, serving on the board of directors as the educational and program chair.

Ivan E. Lee of Amherst has joined Hodgson Russ's Business Litigation Practice Group in the law firm's Buffalo office. He has represented corporate clients in government investigations and securities class actions. Also, the NYS Bar Association recently granted Lee the title "Empire State Counsel" for his pro bono work.

Linda A. Dobmeier of East Amherst will chair the Buffalo State College Foundation 10th annual Golf and Tennis Scholarship Classic, Sept. 10, at the Brookfield Country Club, Clarence. Proceeds benefit the All-College Honors Program. She is vice president of Dobmeier Janitor Supply Inc. and chair-elect of the Foundation.

Dr. Gregory E. Hudecki, D.D.S., has merged his practice with Dr. Robert J. LaCarrubba at Elite Dental, 4927 Main St., Amherst. Hudecki served in the Army Dental Corps and for 30 years had a private practice. Since 1974 he has been the team dentist for the Buffalo Bills.
