The Skinnersville Cemetery Association, Inc. will hold its annual lot owners/trustee meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17 in the White Chapel on the cemetery grounds, 490 Frontier Road, off John James Audubon Parkway, near the University at Buffalo's north campus. All lot owners are welcome to attend and participate in the discussions for ongoing business the cemetery conducts. For information, call 472-7120.

The Canisius College Center for Professional Development will offer a leadership program for women on Wednesdays from 5:45 to 8:55 p.m. Sept. 19- Nov. 14 at the Center at Amherst, 300 Corporate Parkway. Mary Perna Greenwald has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Canisius College Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is a 1984 graduate and received her MBA in 1996. She also served on the DiGamma Selection Committee. Greenwald is a financial advisor with the Perna Greenwald Group at Morgan Stanley.

Allstate Insurance Agent Michael Carroll, who's office is located at 8180 Main St., has been awarded the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to volunteering in the community. With this award comes a $500 grant for the American Diabetes Association. His daughter Mary has type 1 Diabetes and the Carroll family volunteers at the American Diabetes Association.

Andrew Zippiroli of Williamsville has accepted a position with Automated Controls Systems in Tonawanda. He is a recent gradate of Rochester Institute of Technology, with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is also a firefighter with Main Transit Fire Company.

Initially Yours Boutique, 4553 Main St. in Snyder, is selling Webkinz to benefit Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo from Aug. 23 to 25. Anyone who buys two Webkinz will get a gree Littlekinz. Krista Schultz, owner of the boutique, has two children who are patients at the hospital.
