Brian J. Argauer Jr. and Laura L. Grell

Dawna and Dennis Grell of Lancaster announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Lynne Grell, to Brian John Argauer Jr., son of Rosemary and Brian Argauer Sr. of Marilla.

Miss Grell graduated from Lancaster High School in 2002. She received bachelor's and master's degrees in bioinformatics from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2007. She is a research technician for The Research Foundation of the University at Buffalo.

Her fiance graduated from Iroquois High School in 2002. He received bachelor's and master's degrees in computer engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2007. He is an electronics engineer for Fisher Price.

An August 2008 wedding is planned.
