SCHOLARSHIP WINNER - Samantha Berger, of East Amherst, who was awarded the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Jefferson Scholarship in May of 2006, recently visited Buffalo Bills' training camp before beginning her second year at the University of Virginia. She was the first Western New York student to attend the university as the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Jefferson scholar. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
