Registration for fall outdoor house league ends August 11

The Amherst Soccer Association's fall outdoor house league is forming and will start Sept. 15. Registration for the fall session will end on Aug. 11.

The outdoor fall sessions will include U8, U10, U12 and U14 in boys and girls divisions. ASA will also have a U17 co-ed league as well if there are enough participants.

•U8 - born Aug. 1, 1999 to July 31, 2001

•U10 - born Aug. 1, 1997 to July 31, 1999

•U12 - born Aug. 1, 1995 to July 31, 1997

•U14 - born Aug. 1, 1993 to July 31, 1995

•U18 - born Aug. 1, 1989 to July 31, 1993

The cost is $80 per player and includes the new ASA house uniform. If you register for the fall and spring sessions, you will receive a $20 discount.

Games are held on Saturday with a possible Sunday match. Practices are held throughout the week as set by coaches. Games are played at various fields throughout the Town of Amherst.

New ASA uniforms will be required this year. Uniforms must be worn at games. Children must also have shin guards, a water bottle and a No. 4 soccer ball (U8, U10, U12) or a No. 5 soccer ball (U14, U17). Soccer cleats are recommended but not required.

ASA is open to children who reside within the boundaries of the Williamsville, Amherst Central and Sweet Home school districts.

The league also has summer camps and a travel soccer program.
