DANCER OF THE YEAR - Williamsville South student Jacob Artist was recently named National Teen Male Dancer of the Year at the American Dance Awards in Orlando, Fla. He performed a contemporary jazz solo choreographed by Tiger Martina and is a dancer with David DeMarie Dance Studio in Clarence. Along with a sculpted trophy, Artist received a cash award. He is the son of Darrell and Judy Artist of Williamsville.
