HOLDING IT TOGETHER - The Suitcases for Kids project, while collected suitcases, backpacks and duffel bags during the month of July, recently packed the donations. Debbie Norman, Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors communications director, and John Henry, Suitcases for Kids Project chairman, repack the Pack-n-Go units with hundreds of bags. The bags will be distributed to a number of local charities including Big Brothers & Sisters, Niagara Community Action Program and St. Johns Outreach Center. Foster children often carry their belongings from home to home in plastic bags and the suitcases will change that.
