Five Star Bank presents donation to the Williamsville Education Foundation, Inc.

Five Star Bank recently presented a donation of $500 to the Williamsville Education Foundation, Inc. during a ceremony at the bank's Amherst branch event.

John Witkowski, Five Star Bank regional president, along with Five Star Bank's Susan Klepadlo, assistant vice president and Amherst branch manager, and Audra Stevens, vice president and regional branch manager, recently presented a check to Trey Measer, president of the Williamsville Education Foundation, Inc.

The donation will help fund a mini-grant for Williamsville school administrators and teachers. They plan to use the funds to purchase a "wish list" item needed for the school that budget constraints will not allow for.

The Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization, gathers and administers private resources to enhance the educational activities of the Williamsville Central School District and help ensure that its students receive the highest level of education. Five Star Bank selected the program to receive a donation of $500 in keeping with the bank's corporate charitable giving program with a focus on "Children and Education."
