Frog Hair patio grand opening slated

The grand opening of the new Frog Hair patio will be held Friday.

Located at 7800 Transit Road, near Sheridan Drive, the Frog Hair Grille and Golf has expanded its services with lighted patio, featuring a putting green.

The festivities will begin at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10 with the officially opening of the patio.

In addition to the putting green, a fountain, bar and outdoor fire pit where patrons can "Grille with the Chef" have been included.

Diners grill their own steak while getting pointers from a professional chef.

Future plans include a partial covering on the patio. Frog Hair first opened the beginning of 2007 and offers golf simulators and restaurant.

The grand opening is from 4 to 9 p.m. with the ribbon cutting at 6:30 p.m. Live entertainment will be provided by "Joy Ride" from 7 to 10 p.m.
