Couple wed in afternoon ceremony

Christin McFadden married Daniel Brown in an afternoon ceremony Friday, June 29, 2007 at Nativity of Our Lord Church, Orchard Park. Monsignor William J. Gallagher and the Rev. Paul Duggan, SJ, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Gloria and John McFadden of Orchard Park. The groom is the son of Helen and Jerome Brown of Lancaster.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Cheryl McFadden-Zak, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Janet Bolt, Larissa Smith and Katie Brennan, all friends of the bride.

The flower girl was Catherine Zak, god-daughter of the bride.

The best man was Steven Brown, brother of the groom. The ushers were David, Michael, and James Brown, brothers of the groom; Adam Glasz, nephew of the groom; and Michael McFadden, brother of the bride.

The ring bearer was Jules Livio, godson of the groom.

A reception was held at the Statler Towers in the Terrace Room, Buffalo.

The couple is honeymooning in Napa Valley, Sonoma and Pebble Beach, Calif.
