Couple honeymoon in Mayan Riviera

Rebecca Herman married Michael Bielat in an afternoon ceremony Saturday, June 30, 2007 at Fourteen Holy Helpers Church, West Seneca. The Rev. Edward Jost officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Julie and William Herman of West Seneca. The groom is the son of Lori and Alan Bielat of Cheektowaga.
The bride was escorted by her mother and father.
She wore an ivory strapless Mon Cheri gown with a cathedral length train. Her veil was trimmed with crystal and pearl accents. She carried four dozen ivory and pink roses with stephanotis flowers with pearls in the center.
Renee Herman was maid of honor for her sister. The bridesmaids were Kaylea Rustay, cousin of the groom, and Breann Howell and Rachel Lewandowski, friends of the bride.
Emily Keane, friend of the bride, was the flower girl.
Jason Piatkowski was best man for his cousin. The ushers were Eric Kancar and Jonathan Schweers, cousins of the groom; Tim Herman, brother of the bride; and T.J. Zydel, friend of the groom.
Logan Karam and Andrew Wlodarczyk, godsons of the bride, were ring bearers.
A reception was held at Kotecki's Grandview Grove, West Seneca.
The couple are at home in Lancaster after honeymooning in the Mayan Riviera.
