Western Region second singles player Monica Vieth returns a shot during the scholastic women's match against Hudson Valley this past Friday at the Anthony F. Veteran Park in Greenburgh. Vieth, who went 3-1 in her matches, earned a bronze medal with her teammates at the 30th annual Empire State Games.
