Robinson
Judith F. Robinson, 66, of Williamsville, a retired clinical manager for the Buffalo Otolaryngology Group, died Monday, July 16, 2007 in Millard Fillmore Hospital.

Born in Rochester to Helen Spencer and Joseph Flynn, Mrs. Robinson moved to Buffalo as a child. She graduated from the University at Buffalo's nursing program and prospered as a registered nurse in surgical medicine and health care management for more than 20 years.

A lifelong sailor, Mrs. Robinson sailed keel boats at the Buffalo Canoe Club and competed in first-rate regattas such as the 1986 Shark Class World Championships in Switzerland.

She was an early supporter of girls youth leagues in Amherst and was known in her Williamsville community for leading community events that became handmade extravaganzas based on her power of invention, clever persuasion and hard work.

Active in her religious congregation, Mrs. Robinson was a member of the Calvary Episcopal Church and a past president of the historic Holloway Chapel in Point Abino, Ontario.

Besides Williamsville, she also resided in Point Abino and Naples, Fla.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by her husband of 12 years, Robert J., of Grand Island; a son, Christopher Harper; a daughter, Jennifer Harper; a sister, Christine DeLong; three stepchildren, Jeffrey, Gregory and Kevin; and six grandchildren. She was formerly married to the late Robert D. Harper of Kenmore.

A memorial service was held Friday, July 20 at Holloway Chapel in Point Abino.
