Newlyweds honeymoon in St. Lucia

Kristyn J. Golombek married Joseph D. Frank in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, June 16, 2007 in Our Lady of Victory Basilica, Lackawanna.

The Rev. Daniel J. Fawls officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Judith and Robert Golombek of Buffalo. The groom is the son of Mary Grace and David Frank of Lancaster.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a raw Dupioni silk strapless gown with an A-line silhouette and asymmetric waistline. She wore a single-tiered tiara featuring Swarovski crystals and ivory pearls. She carried a bouquet of two dozen mini pink calla lilies held together with satin ivory ribbon and faux rhinestone jewels.

Erin Bice and Camille Malucci, friends of the bride, were matrons of honor. The bridesmaids were Karen Perry, cousin of the bride; Katie Kubiak and Peggy Urbanski, sisters of the groom; Maura Danner, cousin of the groom; and Courtney Majewski, friend of the bride.

Steve Urbanski and Mike Kubiak, brothers-in-law of the groom, were best men. The ushers were Jamie Perry, cousin of the bride, and Jared Hughes and Tim Siebold, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at Harry's Harbour Place Grille. The couple are at home in Buffalo after honeymooning in St. Lucia.
