Couple receive guests at Shanghai Red's

Mrs. Michael Matuszewski

Shannon Harrington married Michael Matuszewski in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at Shanghai Red's in Buffalo. The Rev. Eric Roseland officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Patricia and Jack Gimlin of Clarence. The groom is the son of Lee and Paul Matuszewski of Cheektowaga.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore an ivory strapless satin gown with beaded embroidery and a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of Gerbera daisies.

The matron of honor was Sharon Mumert, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Tracy Stuart, cousin of the bride; Jill Matuszewski, sister of the groom; and Melissa Screen, friend of the bride.

The flower girl was Kaylee Metz, cousin of the bride.

Randy Matuszewski was the best man for his brother. Ushers were Donald Jendresky, brother of the bride; Gary May, friend of the groom; and Joseph Korn, friend of the bride and groom.

The ring bearer was Sean Matuszewski, cousin and godson of the groom.

A reception was held at Shanghai Red's. The couple are honeymooning in St. Lucia.
