ANIMAL LOVERS - Ruby Matricardi, 7, back right, organized a baked goods and lemonade sale to benefit the SPCA at her East Amherst home. The sale took place during her neighborhood's annual garage sale. She was assisted by her friend Morgan Simon, 8, far right. Also pictured are two of Ruby's customers and neighbors Maribeth Vain, 9, left, and Jenna Vain, 6. Ruby and Morgan were able to donate $50 to the SPCA as a result of their bake sale.
