Jerell Billings and Kristen Vanecek

Cindy and Bill Vanecek of Lancaster announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Vanecek, to Jerell Billings, son of Cheryl and Robert Billings of Schenectady.

Miss Vanecek graduated from Lancaster High School in 2003. She received a degree in accounting from the University at Buffalo in 2007. She is an accountant at Dopkins & Co. LLP.

Her fiance graduated from Schenectady High School in 2003. He received a degree in electrical engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2007. He is an engineer at Vocal Technologies Ltd.

An August 2008 wedding is planned.
