Meetings to focus on computers The next weekly meeting of the BNI Prime Time Chapter of Business Network International will be held from 7 to 8:30 a.m. Friday, July 20 at the Brierwood Country Club, 5324 Rogers Road, Hamburg. The program will describe the top five reasons for computer crashes and the newest ways to back up systems. This program is aimed at business owners and managers. The speaker for the event will be Wayne Dieter of D.C. Technologies, who will present many ways to help. For more information, call 652-5818. SCORE to host business owner workshop SCORE of Buffalo/Niagara will hold a program on "Starting and Managing Your Business" from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday July 25 at the Buffalo and Erie County Library in Lafayette Square, Buffalo. The workshop is a must for new business startups to learn all the elements of business management required for success. It is also for business people who may be experiencing problems or want to fine-tune their business for greater efficiency and success. Topics covered include marketing research and business planning. Representatives from the private sector, SCORE and government agencies will make presentations at the workshop.
