Couple united in afternoon ceremony

Karen Rigby married Brian Logan in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Buffalo. The Rev. Art Smith officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Donna and Bob Rigby of West Seneca. The groom is the son of Joan Logan of Hamburg and the late Marty Logan.
The bride was escorted by her father.
She wore a white A-line gown with sheer cap sleeves, split front and metallic embroidered detail on the bodice and skirt. She carried a bouquet of roses, mini calla lilies and stephanotis with accents of variegated ivy.
Christine Lupienski, a friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Laurie Rigby, sister-in-law of the bride; Kelly Fefel and Kristin Stoczynski, cousins of the bride; Hollie Pauler and Sarah Fenik; friends of the bride; Colleen Quinn, friend of the couple; and Joan Geary, Jean Logan and Stacy Lauck, sisters of the groom.
The flower girls were Kelsy Smith and Madison Fefel, cousins of the bride.
The best man was Paul Quinn, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Marty Logan, the groom's brother; Tom Geary and Scott Lauck, the groom's brothers-in-law; Edward Warren, the groom's cousin; Paul Rigby, the bride's brother; Eric Persons, the groom's friend; and John Lupienski, the couple's friend.
Logan Lauck, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer. A reception was held at Romanello's Restaurant, Hamburg. After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will reside in Hamburg.
