Grandfather of bride officiates at ceremony

Kate Elizabeth Pulley married Luke Aurelius Stotz in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, July 7, 2007 in Lancaster Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Dr. Richard D. Rettew, grandfather of the bride, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Jane and Steve Pulley of Lancaster. The groom is the son of Laura and Richard Stotz of Lancaster.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore an ivory beaded lace gown with a chapel-length train, and a crystal and pearl tiara with a fingertip-length veil.

The matron of honor was Kelli Dutton, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Emily Pulley, sister of the bride, and Abby Wood and Katie Stenner, friends of the bride.

The flower girl was Jocelyn Yates, niece of the groom

The best man was Aurelius Marc Chaves Jr., cousin of the groom. Ushers were Stephen Chaves, cousin of the groom; Benjamin Pulley, brother of the bride; and Dr. Brian Ellis, friend of the groom.

The ring bearer was Samuel Young, cousin of the groom. A reception was held at Delaware Park Casino, Buffalo. The couple are honeymooning in Jamaica.
