Stephanie Mulhern, a 2007 graduate of Williamsville South High School, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Lowe's Charitable and Educational Foundation. It was one of 358 scholarships awarded nationwide. She will attend the University of Notre Dame in the fall.
