Iskalo Development Corp. has completed the purchase of the former Stereo Advantage Lifetime Service Center property at 52 S. Union Road in Williamsville.
The 20,000-square-foot structure will be renovated for use as a medical and professional office building.
Visual improvements will include a new brick facade and architectural windows as well as reconstruction of the current tower into a distinctive and iconic "village clock tower." The renovation is scheduled for completion by this fall.
"This project is in keeping with one of our core strategies of repositioning underutilized buildings along the Main Street corridor into architecturally appropriate properties that contribute to the overall character and strength of the Village of Williamsville," said Paul B. Iskalo, president and chief executive officer of Iskalo Development Corp.
The company's director of leasing, Eric Eisenried, said leasing interest has been strong due to the building's high demand and village location.
The Advantage Company, which had outgrown the facility, relocated its Lifetime Service Center operations to its headquarters at 1955 Wehrle Drive.
"We are pleased to turn over the stewardship of the building to Iskalo Development, whose reputation for high-quality development projects and commitment to the betterment of the Village of Williamsville are well-established," said Butch Kreuz, CEO of the Advantage Co., Inc.
