Couple wed In courtyard

Mr. and Mrs. R. Jason Guzmán

Melissa S. Parker married R. Jason Guzmán on Saturday, May 19, 2007 in the courtyard of the Millennium Airport Hotel. The Rev. Gary Becker officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Teri A. Neamon of Arcade and Kevin H. Parker of Freedom, N.Y. The groom is the son of Charlotte and Arturo Guzmán of Williamsville.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Her two-piece strapless lace and taffeta, A-line gown featured a silver lace bodice, corset back, and crystals. The taffeta skirt was caught up, creating a full A-line silhouette. She carried a bouquet of pink Gerbera daisies.

Carrie Tiede, the bride's sister, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tara Tackentine, Kimberly Hendrix and Tammy Otminski, friends of the bride.

The best man was Christopher Overkamp, a friend of the groom. Ushers were Orbin Tercero, the groom's cousin; Ryan Tiede, brother-in-law of the bride; and Neil Hendrix, friend of the groom.

Ring bearers were Tyler Cloen, the groom's nephew, and Tristan and Kyan Tiede, nephews of the bride.

A reception was held at the Millennium Airport Hotel.

The couple honeymooned at Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.
