Candace Carbone and Rich Colasante

Sadie and Franklin Carbone of Lakewood, Fla., formerly of Amherst, announce the engagement of their daughter, Candace Carbone, to Rich Colasante, son of Barbara Potenza of Gahanna, Ohio.

Miss Carbone graduated from Lake Howell High School in 1990. She received a liberal studies degree in Spanish and psychology from the University of Central Florida in 1995. She is a district manager at Automatic Data Processing Inc. and a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

Her fiance graduated from Bishop Watterson High School in 1986. He received a graduate degree in marketing and sports administration from Kent State University in 1993. He is a territory sales manager for Smith & Nephew Spine, and a certified Olympic-level trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

A July 2007 wedding is planned in Chicago.
