Couple travel to Palm Beach

Mrs. Robert Singer
Mary Jo Pera married Robert Singer in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, June 23, 2007 in St. Joseph's Cathedral, Buffalo. Monsignor James F. Campbell officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Christine and Joseph Pera of East Amherst. The groom is the son of Barbara and Herbert Singer of Bonita Springs, Fla.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The bride wore a white satin strapless gown with lace around a fitted bodice, and a satin bow at the waist. The full cathedral length A-line skirt was accented with a lace border. The bride carried a bouquet of white Gerbera daisies and pink roses.

The maid of honor was Andrea Weissenburg, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Samantha and Stephanie Pera, cousins of the bride, and Jamie Jasinski, Dianne Myers, and Andrea Solecki, friends of the bride.

Abigail Weissenburg, niece of the bride, was flower girl.

The best man was John Singer, brother of the groom. Ushers were Matthew Batt, cousin of the bride and friend of the groom, and Peter Bishop, Sam Richardson, Mike Pittoni, Caleb Ward and Matthew Miller, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at the Transit Valley Country Club in East Amherst.

The couple will be at home in Jacksonville, Fla., after their honeymoon in Palm Beach, Fla.
