Ryan Homes, Hunt partner to offer new incentive

Through a partnership between Ryan Homes and Hunt ERA, home buyers can live in a new Ryan Home without the stress of selling their existing home. When purchasing a new home through Ryan Homes, Hunt can "guarantee the sale of the buyer's existing home."

Through the ERA Sellers Security Plan, Hunt ERA will sell the home buyer's existing home within six months or ERA will purchase the home.

According to Shawn Benzer, Ryan Homes sales manager, "The incentive is a perfect example of how Ryan Homes goes the extra mile in helping home buyers get the home they've always wanted.

"When home buyers need to sell their old homes, Ryan Homes understands that it can weigh heavy on their minds," Benzer said. "Our incentive means new home buyers don't have to worry because ERA will guarantee the sale of their old home so that new Ryan homeowners don't have to pay two mortgages."

The program is available at all of Ryan's new home communities for a limited time. Benzer also added that Ryan Homes sales representatives will help home buyers time the closing of their new Ryan Home with the Hunt ERA guarantee time frame.

New Ryan Home buyers have to implement a five-point marketing Plan, list the existing house through Hunt ERA for at least 180 days, and pick a Ryan Home. Benzer said the marketing plan is designed to maximize the marketability and sales potential of the existing home.
