The Suburban Women's Club of Buffalo has named the officers for 2007-08: President Nancy Shaffer; First Vice President Christina Sonne-Noe; Second Vice President Patricia Schuse; Recording Secretary Joyce Bochmann; Corresponding Secretary Beverly Anker; Treasurer Rosemary Green; and Advisor Jeanne Peterson.

The Williamsville Rotary recently named Susan Grelick and Bill Thuman as Paul Harris Fellows for their outstanding commitment to service. President Jim Pawlicki made the announcement of the award which recognizes those who further the goals and mission of Williamsville Rotary.

The Hope for Tomorrow Foundation recently donated school supplies, toys and food to 30 orphans at the Hogar Sagrado Corazon de Jesus Orphanage in Juliaca, Peru. The foundation also performed 12 free cleft palate surgeries while in the country.
