Couple honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta

Angela Rose Lukaszek married Benjamin Joseph Sponsel in an early afternoon ceremony on Saturday, June 23, 2007 in Queen of Heaven Church, West Seneca. The Rev. Thomas J. Quinlivan officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Janet and Andrew Lukaszek of West Seneca. The groom is the son of Rose and Bernard Sponsel of New Orleans, La.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Her strapless gown featured a pearl-lined bodice and full chiffon skirt. Her fingertip veil was embroidered with pearls and she carried a bouquet of stephanotis with pearls.

Jessica McWilliams, a friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Bernadette Maciejewski, Lindsay May, the bride.

Jessica Carey, a hometown neighbor of the bride, was flower girl.

The best man was Mark Cristiani, friend of the groom. Ushers were Lou, Paul, Jacob and Jason Sponsel, the groom's brothers, and Steve Wright, Jeremy Brown and Nick Mihalopolous, all friends of the groom.

Jason Carey, a hometown neighbor of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception was held in the Hearthstone Manor, Depew. After a honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple will be at home in Bradenton, Fla.
