Sean C. Pheils and Katherine E. Lyons

Bonnie and William Lyons of Orchard Park announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Elizabeth Lyons, to Sean Christopher Pheils, son of Maureen and Christopher Pheils of Melbourne, Fla.

Miss Lyons graduated from Orchard Park High School in 1999. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in policy analysis and management from Cornell University. She also has a master's degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law. She is a government consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in McLean, Va.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Eau Gallie High School in Melbourne, Fla. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Florida in 2003. He also has a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law. He practices tax law with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Washington, D.C.

A September 2007 wedding is planned.
