Reception, party honor 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. John Mikula

Lorraine and John Mikula of Lancaster celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception and party at a daughter's home.

John Mikula wed the former Lorraine Benson on June 8, 1957 in Fourteen Holy Helpers Church, West Seneca.

John is a retired truck driver and member of Teamsters Local 449.

Lorraine is a retired Avon representative.

The couple are members of Our Lady of Pompeii Church, Lancaster.

They have three children, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
