Couple take cruise to Caribbean

Mary O'Brian married Mark Lawrence in an afternoon ceremony ceremony on Saturday, June 9, 2007 in the Lancaster Country Club. The Rev. Christopher Baldwin officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Susan and Charles A. O'Brian III of Marilla. The groom is the son of Norma Lawrence of East Aurora and the late Stanley Lawrence.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The bride wore a light ivory chiffon sheath with a pleated bust, empire waist, tieback and sweeping train and a fingertip veil with pearl accents. She carried a bouquet of peach roses with white stephanotis.

Matron of honor was Janae Lepir, the bride's cousin. Bridesmaids were Jaime O'Brian, the bride's sister-in-law, and Melanie Silverman and Karen Kmiotek, friends of the bride.

Haley Wintersteller and Sara McGuigan, nieces of the groom, were flower girls.

Michael Draves, a friend of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Andrew Wellman, the groom's cousin, and Christopher Celest and Thomas Kapturowski, friends of the groom.

A reception was held in the Lancaster Country Club. The couple are honeymooning on a cruise in the western Caribbean.
