St. Lucia honeymoon follows Saturday nuptials

Lindsey Ann Fritz married Peter Michael Stasko in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, June 9, 2007 in Amherst Lutheran Church. The Rev. Leverne Bates officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Fritz of Williamsville and Robert Fritz of Hudson, Fla. The groom is the son of Andrea and Michael Stasko of Batavia.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a Val Stefani strapless silk taffeta gown with a sweetheart neckline and chapel train and veil. It was adorned with Swarovski crystal beading and rhinestone buttons on the back. She carried a bouquet of pale yellow and green roses, pale yellow and white calla lilies, stephanotis with blue rhinestones and white peonies.

The maid of honor was Erin Killion, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Andrea Fritz, sister-in-law of the bride, and Elizabeth Bruno, Brittany Buck, Sarah Duckworth, Michaela Pass, Melissa Russin, Diana Schlee, Courtney Simons, Kristen Tommasi and Melissa Vincton, all friends of the bride.

Paul Stasko was best man for his twin brother. Ushers were Michael Stasko, brother of the groom; Steven Stasko, cousin of the groom; Bryan Fritz, twin brother of the bride; Eric Fritz, brother of the bride; and Craig Brodmerkel, Matthew Chartraw, Kenneth Daleo, John Munshaw and Sean Wheeler, all friends of the groom.

A reception was held in Shanghai Red's, Buffalo. The couple are honeymooning in St. Lucia.
