The Center for Professional Development at Canisius College, in collaboration with Quality Engineering Services, will offer a breakfast seminar titled "Managing for Results: Tools to Improve your Organization," from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 21 at the Canisius Center, 300 Corporate Parkway, Amherst. During the workshop, participants will learn a variety of tools that can directly impact the bottom line, including how to reduce costs, identify obstacles and improve quality.
