Laura C. Oehler and Jonathan L. Vesneske

Carol L. Curry of East Aurora and Gregory M. Oehler of Rochester announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Catherine Oehler, to Jonathan Lewis Vesneske, son of Mary and Ronald Veneske of Cheektowaga.

Miss Oehler graduated from Gilford High School in New Hampshire in 2001. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology from the University at Buffalo in 2005. She is a medical technologist.

Her fiance graduated from Cheektowaga Central High School in 1998. He expects to graduate in 2008 from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in medical technology. He is a medical laboratory technician.

A July 2008 wedding is planned at the Lancaster Country Club.
