State Sen. Mary Lou Rath, R, Williamsville, congratulates Daniel Menza of Amherst for being nominated to receive the SUNY Maritime Cadet Appointment Program scholarship. The Getzville resident, who will graduate from Williamsville North High School in June, will attend the Maritime College this fall. To be eligible, for the scholarship, a student must have a combined SAT score of at least 1,100, a B average and demonstrated leadership and community service experience.
