Prosit plans fundraiser for Response to Love Center

Prosit, a traditional Polish and German restaurant, will add a touch of Italian culture on Wednesday, June 13.

In honor of St. Anthony an Italian feast will be held at Prosit Restaurant, 5428 Main St., near Reist Street.

Included on the special Italian menu will be stuffed shells, minestrone and shrimp scampi.

"I made a promise to St. Anthony that I would take care of the poor is why my restaurant was successful," owner Janice Schlau.

The proceeds will benefit St. Adalbert's Response to Love Center, 130 Kosciuszko St., Buffalo.

Reservations are required, call 633-8975. Dinners will be served from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Everyone who attends will receive a free Italian eggplant, Schlau said.
