Attorneys Donna L. Burden, Philip M. Gulisano and Jonathan S. Hickey have founded the law firm of Burden, Gulisano & Hickey, LLC, in Suite 320 of the Brisbane Building, 403 Main St., Buffalo.

Formerly of Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., all three trial attorneys will continue to defend personal injury cases across New York State, primarily in the areas of trucking/ transportation negligence, product liability, premises liability, labor land municipal law.

Burden of Amherst has 20 years of experience as a trucking law trial attorney. She is the chairwoman of the DRI Trucking Law Committee and is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association.

Gulisano of Amherst will defend personal injury cases, primarily in the areas of trucking and transportation law, product liability, construction/labor law and municipal law.

Hickey of Clarence will concentrate on defending personal injury cases in the areas of trucking and transportation negligence, labor law, premises liability and product liability. He also has experience as an appellate practitioner.
