Bogdan - Ferraro

Matthew Ferraro and Lisa Bogdan

Patricia and David Bogdan of Kenmore announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Bogdan, to Matthew Ferraro, son of Teresa and Matthew Ferraro of Hamburg.

Miss Bogdan, a 1994 graduate of Holy Angels Academy, received a degree in exercise science from the University at Buffalo in 1999. She received a master's degree in social work from UB in 2001. She is an Erie County probation officer and also works at the Town of Tonawanda Aquatic and Fitness Center.

Her fiance graduated from Hamburg High School. He received a bachelor's degree in business from UB in 2000. He also has a master's degree in business administration from UB and works in mortgage finance for HSBC Bank. He also is a local musician.

A September 2007 wedding is planned.
