Couple greet guests at Brookfield Country Club

Jill Elizabeth Sowinski married Michael Roth Wind in an afternoon ceremony on Friday, May 25, 2007 in St. Mary's Church, Swormville. The Rev. Robert M. Yetter officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Roberta Sowinski and Dr. Joseph Sowinski, both of WIlliamsville. The groom is the son of Patricia and William Wind of Williamsville.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Her ivory satin strapless gown had a sweetheart neckline and beaded bodice with champagne colored embroidery on the full skirt and train. She wore a finger tip length veil with satin trim and carried a bouquet of ivory, pink and champagne roses.

Kristina Bohn, a friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Lesinski and Heather Nenadic, cousins of the bride; Kelley Siembida, sister of the groom; and Sara Brody and Rebecca Guile, friends of the bride.

Joseph Wind, the groom's brother, was best man. Ushers were Dr. William Wind, brother of the groom; Thomas Russert and Kevin Hart, cousins of the groom; Robert Siembida, brother-in-law of the groom and Russell Staffeldt, cousin of the bride.

A reception was held at the Brookfield Country Club. The couple are honeymooning in Nassau, The Bahamas. They will be at home in Williamsville.
