Nardin Academy alumni Mary Ann (Forton) Schere and Arlene M. Mentecki, Amherst residents and Class of 1947, were honored at this year's graduation ceremony on May 21 at the University at Buffalo's Center for the Arts. Members honored were from the classes of 1947 and 1957.

Alan G. Weinsteinof Williamsville, a professor of management and marketing at Canisius College, was named the recipient of the Dr. Donald Calvert Outstanding Professor Award from the Graduate Business Programs Department of the Richard J. Wehle School of Business at a May 11 reception.
