Joseph M. Hanna an attorney with Goldberg Segalla LLP, was recently honored by the American Bar Association, which named his article, "Beware of Dawg, Beware of Owner, Too - Cleveland Fights for its Beloved Dawg Pound and Wins," as one of the best published by the association's magazine, General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Division. The article ran in the IPL Newsletter in 2006.

Marco Scofidio has been promoted to principal engineer, structural department at ATSI Inc., a consulting engineering company headquartered in Amherst. He holds a master's degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, both from the University at Buffalo.
