National Fuel makes management changes

National Fuel Gas Company, with a location at 6363 Main St., Williamsville, made management changes in 2007.

Donna L. DeCarolis was named president and a member of the board of directors, for Horizon Power, Inc., and Horizon LFG, Inc.

Horizon LFG handles the purchase, processing, transportation and sale of landfill gas, and Horizon Power develops and owns independent electric generation facilities that are fueled by natural gas or landfill gas. Duane A. Wassum was named president of Highland Forest Resources Inc., the company's timber segment.

Joseph N. Del Vecchio was named assistant vice president of National Fuel Resources Inc., the company's energy marketing segment. Also named an assistant vice president was Getzville resident Ronald C. Kramer, of National Fuel Gas Supply Corp., the company's pipeline and storage segment.

Sarah J. Mugel was named general counsel of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, the company's utility segment.
