Friends of Edward Rath III will hold a cocktails and hors d'oeuvres fundraiser supporting his campaign for the Erie County Legislature's 15th District from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 16 at Park Country Club, 4949 Sheridan Drive, Williamsville.
